[Resolved] PNB — NOT DEPOSITING MONEY IN OTHER STATE ACCOUNT

Dear sir, I have gone to punjab national bank DHAMITOLA BRANCH, GAYA(BIHAR) to submit money urgently in my fathers U.P. account in P.N.B. but manager did not give permission to deposit that money 5000rs.So i could not deposit that money and i felt very much problem.Why we have net banking i can't understand if we can't deposit money in our parent's account.Please do something for it so that no any body feel the problem like me. I withdrawal on dated 08.09.08 Rs.1600/- from nts branch atm but i not received cash from atm and rs 1600/- debited from my account .
