1.wish to inform your that I am customer of your bank and my acct No is [protected]. I have been issued with ATm Card No [protected][protected] by PNB, Meerut cantt.
2. I having been trying to operate the ATM issued to m with correct PIN Code No allotted to me since last 3 to 4 months, but the screen of ATm shows incorrect PIN Code please check the correct PIN Coade . Here I would like to mention that I never have change3d my iniial allotted PIN Code thereby not knowing the reasons on the same. I had liaised with the bank auth many time and they advised me to liaise with the the auth concerned forthe same.

I have submitted four cheques amount 10, 000 Rs. each(40, 000) on 7th Oct. 2008 in PNB Sambhal, Distt- Moradabad. But till today i have not receive any payment in my respective accounts. The cheque details is given below:-(These cheques are from Vijaya Bank, 84, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad-201001)

sir with due respect I would like to state that I made a debit of Rs.3500 on 31st of august 09.But a sum of Rs.7000 were deducted from my account.First of all I tried in Canara bank, but the money didn' come out then I tried in ICICI again the money didn't come out and at last I made a withdrawal of Rs.3500 from AXIS BANK, but at the same time there was a deduction of Rs7000 from the account.
Earlier also a had complained about it but no action was taken.so its my humble request to u to solve my problem.My name is CHANDAN KUMAR.and my account no is [protected].
For this i shall be highly oblised to u.
