My complain no.[protected] dated 21 july 2009 for Rs 12267/- registered at 13:40 hrs made on tele ph no.[protected] with Sh Prathumesh and Sh C.R.rakesh Executive with ezeego one, travels and tours private ltd . requesting there in to stop the fradulent booking of an Air ticket by your agency and disowning the financial trasaction by fradulent means o[censored]sing my PNB Global Credit card ([protected]) immediately on recieving an SMS ALERT from PNB card division (code 045857) on 21 july 2009.
A request was made to follow the KYC and RBI guidelines issued by GOVT of INDIA, not to allow the passenger to board the PLANE before making proper identification / verifications .
As the complaint was made immediately to your respective office within no time, after getting the SMS on mobile([protected]) on 21 july 2009 at 10:02:09 am
You are requested not to deduct Rs 12267/- from my credit card of a Fradulent transaction which i disowned immediately and let me know the fate of my complaint as on date. Was this information helpful? |
