[Resolved]  PNB Main Branch Kaithal — Unnecessary delay in loan sanction

I contacted the manager for the study loan of my son chirag goel who has been permitted by iit chicago usa for masters in computers science, about one month ago. The manager assured me of full cooperation for earliest possible sanction subject to completion of documents. I have completed all the documents about one week back, but file till today has neither reached hub nor any type of cooperation .The result of the last qualifying examination was declared on 22nd and a copy from internet downloaded was submitted in the bank so that loan sanction letter may be obtained till 29th july because my son"s viva date is 30 th july . This letter is mandatory for viva .All other formalities including FD of cash amount was made on the insistance of the manager . Now this letter is necessitated for my visa within 48 hours. Moreover I have spent thousands of ruppees in collection of all the documents and also have paid handsome amount to my councellor with a faith to get loan sanction letter after having a detailed talk about a month back .If i donot get this letter till 28th then it will be of no use for me and this is due to delay in processing of my file on one pretext or the other .(Some time manager is busy, some time dealing hand is busy or on leave or there is meeting with GM and some days they can't find time due to bank auditors .). In short a lot of time, energy, money wastage and a heavy risk of losing a golden opportunity of studying abroad . I am feeling humiliation in visiting like a shuttle cock and inspite of being a respected HOD in a post graduate college is being treated like a poor helpless fellow . Moreover I am being asked time and again for more and more FD's, which is beyond my capacity. Neccessary strict instructions may please be passed to the lathargic officials of main branch of the PNB for the better service and to avoid unneccessary harrassment and loss to the people.

i have account in pnb lahurabir varanasi U.P. my saving a/c no is [protected].
at the date[protected] i inserted the atm card in faizabad hdfc atm machine, wthout getting the cash balance 1000/- rs is reduced .i m the student so i need o that money .i concern to the bank, complaint to the consumer forum but no one help me so plz help me to solve my problem .
