My name is Nazia Husain and i am living in south delhi, On 21st of Nov2008 i swiped my PNB debit card at ICICI bank ATM [New Friends Colony (Near Mata Mandir)] it deducted Rs 8000. and showed transaction failed due to network error and then i logged a complaint at Punjab national Bank Ashram branch and customer care officer taken my application and assured that will co-ordinate with ICICI bank and we will recover your 8000 Rs, i mentioned my all details clearly as my card no. is [protected] and my PNB account no is [protected] also i submitted transaction ID as 8100.
Regularly i contacted with PNB Ashram branch but no response they told me we have
sent an e-mail to ICICI bank and they will find out transaction no.8100 i waited till August2009 but no response PNB is telling ICICI bank never responded back and ultimately they suggested to complaint against ICICI bank while this is the responsibility of the PNB because i am it`s customer but no response from anywhere.
My father suggested me to rais a complaint via SPARSH and i have great faith with SPARSH please ask these banks to returm my hardearn money as i am waiting since 10 months but they dont want to return my money.
