[Resolved]  Pon Vidyashram, Injambakkam — Very Poorly Managed School

HI. My wife joined in Pon Vidhyashram school in June and left it in July. We found the school manages the teachers in a unprofessional manner. First they did not pay her the promised salary and paid her lesser, gave her Biology classes when her subject was Physics and forced her to submit her original certificates (this was not informed during the interview process). The Principal admits she has very limited authority and seldom attempts to address the issues of teachers. The school also does not seem to be giving any appointment letters to the teachers citing the service conditions and do not even deduct Provident Fund for many teachers. Worst is that till ate they have neither returned the original certificates of my wife nor have paid her the salary for July. This is despite her making repeated visits to the school.

Since I was closely involved during many discussions of my wife with the school authorities, in my experience I found the school to be completely un professional. The Principal even shouted at us when we went to the school to resolve the issue. What values this school will impart to their students.
