[Resolved]  Ponds White beauty — Not good in small also its bit liquid ie oily

Dear sir ,
I am regular customer of ponds white beauty cream.Recently i have purchased one cream of 50gms of 150 rupees from Hampinagar Bangalor,karnataka. But its not good in smell also its bit liquid so that i feel oily. Before an year back samething happened but that was 25gms anyhow i have managed to use but now its impossible for me to use . So please provide me the replacement or let me know solutions.

Ponds White beauty — Duplicate product

Hi,

I am a regular user of pond's products. Recently i purchased pond's white beauty cream. it was a duplicate product. since the cream was very badly smelling. and the toll free numbers on cover are not working. Please let me know the solution.

i happily bought a large tube of white beauty only to find out that it had a different, colour and smell.. what do i do now?

the same thing happened to me. am going to return the tube tommorow and get a replacement. hope they agree to take it back else its a waste of my money. i think ponds should be sold in tamper-proof packs
