I wanted to the most awaited marathi novel of Balchandra Nemade - Hindu(Jaganyachi Samrudha Adagal). The publisher is Popular Prakashan, so i went online on their website at www.popularprakashan.com and found that they provide discount for online purchase (Rs500/- discounted price against MRP of 650/-).
So, I made the purchase (on 29August2010) following the procedure properly and giving full details (address, ph.no, mobile, email, shippin addr, card details). The transaction was done via CCAvenue gateway.
But, no confirmation receipt or email, has been received so far. I checked my SBI Debit Card account and confirmed that the amount has debit.
I emailed request for receipt or status of my order at [protected]@popularprakashan.com , but response has been received.
I called several times at their head office in Mumbai (Tel: +[protected], but they just say that email receipt will be received soon.
I dont know what to do to get the receipt or status of my order. Hoping help from this forum. Was this information helpful? |
