Dear Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your kind notice that two important documents were sent to Oklahoma, USA on 17.09.2009 from Serampore Post Office, Hooghly District under registered post having consignment numbers fgn-AIR-RLB 7264 and RLB 7265 in the name of my son Suvrajyoti Bandyopadhyay.
Till date those consignments have not been delivered to my son.
I went to Post offices several times to enquire about it but in vain I had to return. I also tired to track it online but there is no option available to track the registered post on the official website of India post(http://www.indiapost.gov.in/).
I would request to please help me out in finding those consignments. I also request the concerned department/authorities to please arrange to deliver those important documents to my son in USA urgently.

It is very sorry to say that I, Sri Chandan Kr.Chatterjee who have deposited a cheque vide No.700942 dt. on 25th Sept'09 in Garfa Sub-Post Office, Kolkata-700075 which have already encashed on 8th October'2009 from Tollygunge Post Office, Kolkata for MIS Scheme. But till to date neither I have received any MIS Book nor any information. So you will look into this matter carefully.

I mukesh pathak lived in vadodara and my father have a deposite named ARVIND PATHAK skim was senior citizen sscs 2004 a/c no:201037 at dakore sub post office in gujarat dist KHEDA.My fathr was expired and second joint holder KALAWATIBEN PATHAK also expired, hense I submited nomination claim with required documents on 28/07/2010 but yet today I couldnot get any message or my deposite amount from your post office at DAKORE: DIST: KHEDA, GUJARAT :388225.Normally as per my knowledge this type of claim should be clear with in week but after two months I am not able to get my amount or any feedback from post office.So do as fast as possible to clear my problem.

My second complain is that my father and mother both were expired and there joint saving account no:852260 in above same post office without nominnation. So I submitted all the require documents to post office on 28/07/2010 but yet today I could not get any feedbackm as well as money or final claim from post office.Post master available in above post office replied me oraly many times that he have too much worklode and he have not enough man power to solve my problem.I tried to go to post office to meet post master five to six times from vadodara to dakore and every time he gave me such a rough answer and try to delay my work.So do needful as fast as possible.

Non receipt of Important Document "GRE Score Report" sent by ETS (GRE) on 16.07.2010 to the address below :

Till today it has not yet been delivered. How shall I get it ?

Due to inefficiency of the Department of Post, Government of India, the prrivate courier services have equipped themselves with professional attitude. Their services are acceptted by the people of India as trustworthy. But the international university/institution/GRE testing authority used to send letters either it is important or ordinary through Deptt.of Post, Govt.of India. SBI also sends Cheque Book through Indiapost.

The problem is that non receipt of GRE/TOEFL score may hamper the future of a bright student. This is a serious problem and may be looked into.

Please take immediate necessary action so that Mr.Das, a promising student can find his future career.

Post and Telegraph Department — Non receipt of certificate for Address Proof

I had applied for address proof certificate from thel postal department for my self and for my wife and daughter. The Application Nos. are 088107, 088108 and 088109 on 03.09.2010 submitted at the R.a Puram Post office (600028) and obtained receipt for payment of fee of Rs.240/- each. REceipt Nos. are AO1165, 1167 and 1166. Yet to received the certificate.

I am keen to know whether it is mandatary to mention the name of the husband of a women whom a letter has been addressed to or is it mandatary on the part of the delivery peon to identify the women without name of the husband from the local people and deliver the article. I, Md. Saiful ilam and Mamata Begam wife, despite being senior citizens and popular name in the locality has received rude behaviour from the delivery peon as the name of the husband was not written in the letter of Mamata Begam although he had in his hand a bunch of letters addressedto us by the Bazaz Allianz.We do not want to hear rude and audacious voice of the bit peon. My village is Makarouta, Via. Karaipersurai, Dist.Nalanda. My father name Late Badri Prasad had three as saving as acc.No. 841008, Term Deposite as acc.No.151139 and Recurring as acc.No. 97562. In two account Recurring and Term Deposite I, Krishna Prasad is nominee.

My father is expired on 06.05.2009 at Indira Gandhi Institute Of Cardiology, Patna asRef.EMR/13521/09.

I submitted death claim as your norm as printed paper given by post office on 15.03.2010.

After one year, I received letter submit in other formate as return date 03.03.2011.

I request to tell us me, how many year or time is taken to clearthe letter.

money order for Rs.151/- was sent to Jaipur( rt no.A6526 from Akota post office Vadodara on 14/09/11) to Vandana soni C/1/487 Chitrakoot scheme near vaishalinagar 302021).It was undelivered, no receipt was received.On 18/10/11 written complaint was given to postmaster.They said they have forwarded the complaint.When the work will be done they donot have any answer.

My sister has remitted pound 100 through Western union from U.K.and inform me the code number. I went to your Lucknow G.P.O on 06/05/2013 with my passport and Bank account passbook. Person concerned Mr D.N.Dhar ( as told by the person) after taking my code number
refused the payment on silly ground, even not prepared to issue a cheque in my favour. He has taken the code and passport number for possible cash payment through other way. This is a wrong way to deal with Western Union payments.Please take necessary step to prevent the fraudulent payment in any way
