[Resolved] Post office Services — Not opening in time

The post office are supposed to Open at 9 AM, When I contacted the Vijay Nagar Post office at Indore Mr R.K.Jain post master told me that it opens at 9 but shall start at 9.15, Tell government . He does not have any complaint book at the post office He was vulgar in bahavior and indcent What public should do I could send one Speed post at 9.21 and missed my bus at 9.30 , who is repsonsible, i suffred a loss of Rs 1000 Can i recover from Mr R.K.jain Was this information helpful? The Government officer treats the customers worst than street dogs, I am aAdvocate of repute, when your Post Master of Vijaynagar Indore 10, Mr R.K.Jani can talk to me without accepting his mistake for late opening of post office whcih is a normal practice more over suggested me that you com-laint to government . There is misunderstanding he said the post office should open at 9 means its office is opened at 9, open and operational are two different word, according to him no where it is written to him under any intstrution.

Secondly if he abuse public what remedy public have against him, The post office at Vijay nagar is located at residential colony and our hosue is hardly 100 yards from post office, I ma daily seeing how he fights with colony people
