[Resolved]  Post office, Surat — NSC Discharge

Please note, i have visited post office at Mahidharpura main branch, Surat for Discharge of NSC (No. 42EE852414) on 14.07.2008, it took more that 2 hours (11.00 AM to 1.00 PM) to discharge my amount becuase of following.

1. Staff is looked very lazy in work.
2. Agents are entitled in between queue, some agents found direct apporach from inside.
3. Persons at discharge counter is found with less knowldege of working and training.
4. No inquiry window or procedure to discharge the NSC displayed in post office.
5. Infrasturcture found unhealthy, it is very tedeious to spend 2 hours as suphocation. No natural ventilaion for the premises.
6. Customers are answered by staff with very crulity.
7. High Extent of mismangement found in all respect leading to post office services in down the way.
8. It also seems, from the behaviour of the staff, that in future no improvement will be made by the management as every body is found corrupted.
9. It was heard from the agent, that 1% fees are charged by the post office employee, which is kept by them as secondary income.
10. By this way routine work is being suffered and people are being harrested by the post office staff by consuming more time, unhealthy enviornement, poor work attitude.

I hope, some body will take action to improve.

This is in reference to my money lyeing with Mahidarpura (station Road) Post office.

I sent a parcel to Coimbatore through VP-P 121 counter no. 3 op-code : mpcm3 dated[protected] of Rs. 434.00. which party paid on 26-12.

my authorised person visited several times at the post office the send him here and there. And no action has been taken. This is not the matter if Rs. 434/- but govt. personel are doing such a major problem to common man.

And to my extent i think that my money is been distributed amongs themselves and making my person fool.
