[Resolved]  Prasad — without intimating dedution of money from account

I D. vara Prasad bearing a/c no[protected] complaing in response to mistake commited by banjara hills INDUSLND BANK branch, Hyd .They have deducted amount from my account without any intimation .I haven’t received even a single transactions info from past 13 months. This clearly shows your branch irresponsible management. Upon further enquiry they revealed that minimum 5000rupees balance has become mandatory (from aug 1st2008)failing which 250 penalty is laid on the customer, and this ultimately resulted Rs1530 penality only because of your branch negligence towards the customers. Hope you respond me as soon as possible
