I am Velmurugan P. Working in a private institution. At present I am holding the LPG connection (No. 74767) through Prasanna Gas Agency Sathyamangalam, Erode Dt. Recently I had applied for an additional cylinder for the same connection. In this regard they are compelling me to purchase materials like Coffee, tea, sandal-sticks, Cooker, Electric Stove, Grinder, etc. for a cost of Rs. 1500/- in addition to the cylinder deposit which I have already paid for this (additional cylinder). I want to know if there is any rules framed by the BHARAT petroleum corporation limited, India.
I am also to inform you, that I had purchased similar items by paying additional amount of Rs – 2000 ( Gas Stove ) while I got my first cylinder connection during the year 2009.
Please inform me about the guidelines to get an additional cylinder.
