Prasanna Tours & Travels Co. — I have booked 4 seats for

I have booked 4 seats for ASHTAVINAYAK YATRA in Prasanna for 4th & 5th Dec 2010 ( Paid Rs. 1100 per seat = Rs 4400/-)

We would be starting jouney at Pune Near Shanivar wada office at 6.30 am
but suddenly my father was uncomfortable with his health. Feeling unconciousness and Cevere chest pain so, we quit the tour before we start
the company denied to return single penny ! In such emergency situation it is not the responsibility of company to return the money after deducting their administrative charges , because we have not utilised any of their serivces. We have not cancelled our tour for fun. Thereafter we admitted my father in ICU (Birla Hospital )

Is this a fare trade practice of Travel company. I agree that they have some rules regarding cancellation but, in unavoidable situations the company should consider the consumer isnt it?
