Pratik Rajesh Vorai m using prepaid card from 5 years number is [protected]....i was happy and satisfied with ur service....i had accident in december and got discharge 10 day before n have to rest more fr 2 months.....for this time my phone was not on.....wen i started now 10 day before i saw that my balance is zero....i use to always kept in mobile around 500rs.....then i recharged again with 222rs even den it got deleted ....then now 2mrw i recharged with 111 rs then to dey deducted 30rs....i use to your service of callertune n internet....every month 60 rs use to get deducted frm an account....bt nw without ny service or anything when my phone was off then too till nw to have deducted my around 500 to 700 rs......so i called cust.service ....n from 4 dayz i m doing complaint u can listen my recording.....i called so many times den too many time i ws not helped by ur customer service....2 or 3 times dey said dey hav registered your complaint n refund 300 bugs bt den too still it no calls i serviced nor help nor refund.......i m very upset from ur service.....i use loop card in hme around 4 to 6...n my whl group of frd has loop....nw i m very much unsatisfied with your customer service....i feel i shud tell evryone to change loop card......very much unsatisfied......i[censored] want me to use n nor shud tell anyone else to stop using loop card....i shud get help within 24hrs n nw i really want a reward money back 100times mre i lost in dis card......thank you....n hopefully think that i will b satisfied again with this card.....
