Not attending properly on telephone calling we personally go to the office for collecting parcel the manager told that your parcle is already given to the delivery man but till 8.30 pm today we have not received the parcle we told the manager that you should cleare the situation at morning 10.00 Am when we call you & you said that your parcel will delivered up to 12 o Noon the manager answring that we did not want to expand our businees we are already very pack & overflow the business if you want the delivery you track the delivery man on mobile & get it from him the delivery man Mr. Mahajan's cell no.
