Pravin — refund not processed for cancellation

hii this the transaction id- [protected] and pnr no- [protected] .... the chart was not prepared for the journey and i cancelled the ticket without knowing about the refund rules. now the refund has not processed . kindly cancel the ticket and tell me how can i get the refund? please help me soon.. email- [protected]@gmail.com
