I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT I PURCHASED PRESTOLITE BATTERY ON 28 08 07 FOR MY INVERTOR FROM NOIDA DEALER WHO ASSURED ME TWO YEARS GAURANTEE WHILE PURCHASING FROM THE LAST TWO MONTHS BATTERY IS NOT CHARGING I GOT MY INVERTOR CHECKED IT WAS FOUND THE INVERTOR IS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION PROBLEM IS WITH BATTERY IN WHICH TWO PLATES ARE NOT CHARGING I AM LOOKING FOR THE PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED HOW COME TWO PLATES NOT CHARGING WHILE REST IS CHARGING RED LIGHT FOR CHARGING REMAINS THERE
KINDLY ADVICE WHAT IS THE OPTION WILL COMPANY REPLACE IT OR GET IT REPAIED
