[Resolved]  PRINCY E BIKE 350 — BATTERY CHANGE

Subject:-BATTERY FAILED

Dear sir,
I Sandeep Jain have purchased PRINCY 350 bike from Indore on 11.11.2008.
The bike runs on a battery. The battery's warranty period was 6 months.

From last 10 days my Bike is not running with proper speed than I went to my dealer and tell him about the problem of my bike. Than he told me that bike has 4 cells and one cell is not working so you should change the cell.

Now I advised by the agency to replace the battery with a new one that costs almost Rs.1700 Rs but you should pay for it because company could not entertain us.

Just 4 months ago i spent Rs. 26, 000/- to buy this e-bike to save petrol and the money. Now it is causing a trouble to me to spend so much hard earned money again.
Now please tell us what can I do otherwise I will go for a consumer court.
