Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Shrikarishan Sharma r/o sanghan distt. & teh. kaithal(haryana). My home LPG connection is in indane gas corportaion at Pritam Gas Agency in Town-Kalayat, Distt- Kaithal, Haryana with connection no.7812. As per the rules, customer can get cylinder refilled after 20 days but I am getting my LPG cylinder refilled once in 2-3 months and facing this problem due to your above said gas agency. They are playing tricks with customers and providing cylenders to different customers without their booking on the name of other customers of same agency. It is fraud with us. I have requested many times to them but they are not paying their any attention towards our problem. They denied me to provide cylinder by saying that they have no gas in their godown. I have booked my refill on 17th Aug.2011. But I have not been provided cyllender yet. This agency is situated in rural area where most of the people are illetrate. They do not know where they to lodge complaint against the agency. I request you to enquire the record of our connections with the same agency.
