[Resolved]  Private Road Transport-Route No. L238 — High handedness of Driver of L-238 route bus

The Driver of the Route L-238 Bus (Barasat-Howrah) Vehicle No. WB 25A 3991 has intentionally stucked my car Maruti Alto WB 02V 2307 today on 11.01.2010 at 9. pm near Ultadanga (Kolkata - 67) and dented the back of my car resulting in the repairing exp. to be incurred as well as Dickie got bruised and lock was damaged.

I want the license of the Driver to be immediately cancelled and he should be penalised.

The owner of the L-238 Bus (Barasat-Howrah) Vehicle No. WB 25A 3991 should be asked to pay the repairs whatever I have to incur + Penalty of Rs 2000 for the anxiety and fear which I have gone thru.

Let me know the legal formality If I am required to do.

I am a Chartered Accountant and was driving the car myself.

Today one of my colleague was inappropriately touched during journey in bus of L238 from barasat to Bagiuati at around 2:30 pm on 20.02.2021. conductor of bus instead of holding the culprit and handling to police stopped the bus and left him in between 5 minutes before Bagiuati stop. This is one of the worst thing happened in bus journey. Kindly look into matter and get the conductor details and remove him. I guess every bus stop in kolkata have cctv footage get the footage of the concern person who was engaged in heinuous activity and handle him to police
