This vijay Prakash and i am facing this problem several times. I book refilling of cylinder with my gas Agency - priyanka gas service, kashmiri gate, delhi. This time my experience was equally horrendously. they hardly respond to the phone calls .their phone keeps on buzzing. i had booked my gas refill some 20 days back i am not yet to receive it. my customer ID number is 17417 .i request you kindly look into the matter for its possible redresal

Domestic Gas Agency — Refilling of my Domestic Gas cylinder

sir,
this is to state that i Jagadeesh consumer of Sridar Gas Agency Alandur,Marison Strret, Chennai -16.with customer no 69826. i have booked a cylinder on 11th January 2011 with booking no. Not given but the same has not been delieverd yet inspite of my daily visits. whenever i use to go there they say that the cylinder will be delievered tommorow but till date it has not been delievered.
we are facing a crucial problem regarding the cylinder as there is no refilled cylinder with us.This problem is not being faced for the first time but it has become a regular habit of SridarGas Agency .they never deliver the refilled cylinder in time to thier customers but they use to give the cylinders to the unauthoried people who sells lpg cylinder in black.
kindly look into the matter and instruct your agency holder to deliver the cylinder immedietly as we are facing serious problem.
This is problem facing by most of the consumers of this agency...Kindly do the needfull...

Note;- Daily more then 60 customers has to come there directly to thier godown and pick up the cylinder by giving extra money..since its a basic need for all the families...

priyanka gas agency — Delivery of the gas is worst

worst service is of Priyanka gas.

I booked a gas more than 15 days back & still didnot recieved the gas . We had to borrow the gas from the neihbours coz of this kind of delay's.
I was told that the gas would be at my place within an hour or so. but 2 days passed still did not recieve it. Action needs to be taken on this. And even they do not even talk properly even while booking a gas. They are very rude over the phone. As is they think that they are too busy to attend the phone. Ridiculous services of this gas agency.
