[Resolved]  Procter & Gamble — Loss of Mobile at Ahmedabad Airport

During my frisking at the security counter (xray machine for hand baggage) at Ahmedabad airport while coming to Mumbai on 15th Dec by GoAir, i was asked to place my Nokia 7210 handset and laptop in a tray. The mobile was swindled from there replaced with a dead nokia cheap phone. Initially the CISF inspectors Rajendra Kumar & DCR Bhagat alongwith Go Air Duty officer Dharmesh Mehta thought that it was a case of mistaken identity. But on calling the no, there was no response. I then lodged a complaint with Go Air attendants Priya/Deepika in the flight G8/104 and my PNR No. was GP10XB. The same was informed in writing in Mumbai with Go Air complaint reference number Mum/1312/0006 and MIAL manager Sejal in AAI office. The help expected is that as this is a regular feature where mobiles are placed in trays and such situations are bound to happen hence 1) a serious step should be taken to avoid recurrence and 2) in case of retrieval of my mobile the same be handed over to me. at contact details vachaspati.[protected]@pg.com. .3) catch hold of such thieves through CCTV camera details if possible
Regards with amazing pain of losing a valuable phone

Procter & Gamble is the headline of the complaint and P&G has nothing to do with this complaint barring that they are my employers. I am surprised to see the company's name is this personal complaint.Something for the site coordinators to handle :-)
