[Resolved]  procter & gamble/ olay soap — selling without MRP

I went to a shop to buy olay soap, imported and marketed by Procter & gamble. i was surprised to see that there is no MRP on the soap and shopkeeper at Rs.80 against the actual price of Rs.49.
i want to lodge a complaint on the company and shopkeeper. kindly let me know where and how to lodge complaint regarding the same.
