i engaged your company to shift few household things from coimbatore to cochin. i sent them on 27.4.2011. till today it has not reached us. there is no response when we contacted the office. they gave the truck drivers number and washed off their hands.this has put us in great distress and distrust towards your company. i am sure i wont utilise your service in future if my problem is not solved. kindly do the needful

I am facing same problem
This company is making customers foolish.They took money for insurance but actually they didn't pay for I shifted my items from thane to Tadipatri (A.P) they commited me to deliver on 28 april but delivered on 5 may with loss of many items and damaging many items . I lost around Rs.20000/-.
Actually they are theap they stole items and sale in market.when we call they wont receive the call.
So For any person it is advised not to use this company service if you save property

Professional Packers and mover are very unprofessional. Their staff is not supportive during shifting and after all ask for big tip. They broke my Oven and when I asked them for this they told to get it repaired and kept making wrong statements. Matter pending for 2 weeks. I just asked them that I cannot do without it and not going to wait anymore so they rudely told get it done yourself and banged the phone.

I engaged Professional Packers & Movers (Division of Professional Transport Company) at Pune which has its head office at Bangalore; address 57/1, Bharat Building, H. Siddaiah Road, Near J C Road, Bangalore-2. For moving my household goods from Pune (Maharashtra) to Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), they gave me a quotation for moving my goods on a sharing basis for Rs 19, 000/- inclusive of tax and insurance based on the quotation given to me (total value of my goods Rs 150, 000). I asked them to pack my goods on 15th of Jul 2012. Once the packing and loading was completed, they gave me a shocker with the bill additionally charging me extra Rs 500/- .
They told me that they will deliver my goods within 1 week time, but they delivered my goods on 25th July 12 and when they have dispatched my household goods, we got shocked that the total packing are severely damaged also which I can’t able to use in future, so that I have informed their head office & branch office through phone/e-mail about this damages and for claiming insurance, but till data I did not get any response from their end, even though I am contacting them throughout last one month. So today (03.09.12), I have called them once again, they are saying that your insurance time are expired so you can’t able/eligible to get the insurance amount, even though by continues follow-up with them past one month (from 25th July 2012 to 03rd Sep 2012), they didn’t respond me till date. Also they theft some of my household items. I unpacked few of my important goods and found severely damaged. I have been following up every 3 days since 25th Jul 2012.
It will be really helpful if someone can help me in bringing this professional packers & movers to a task.

I engaged this company in Oct 2012 for moving the household items from Mumbai to Chennai. Initially they accepted for Cheque payment but on day of packing they demanded for cash. Atlast they accepted for cheque but did not move my things out of Mumbai till they get the cash.
When i received the things in Chennai, most of them were damaged at various levels. Cuboards and TV trolley were not in usable condition. The delivery guys washed off their hands and said they are not Professional packers and movers' employees. They are lorry transport guys and were told to deliver.
Most important part is that when i spoke to sales guy for claiming insurance (i am charged for insurance though i haven't got any receipt for the same), he said he will send the valuer for accessing the damage, but no one came for a month. Later he gave me a customer service number. The customer service guy was chewing pan and speaking to me. He was speaking as though he wants to get rid of the call. Later, he told me to go to consumer court if i need any claims. I asked him "are u telling me to forget this issue rather than wasting time in claim", he said "it is better u do that as you will not get any money what ever u do".

Professional Packers and Movers — lost in transportation
we sent our goods by professional packers and movers on jan 27th from chennai to mumbai and we recd.our household articles on 7th of feb. but to our shock we did not receive 10 full cartons and bags. the company is evading answers.i would like to know if they are really an ISO certified co they claim tobe. please verify.
