i applied to sro vapi before one year as on dated 30/09/08 to transfer my epf fund from GJ/45183/470 VAPI, TO HR/4350/996, FARIDABAD, HARYANA.

my last company name is PIONEER EMBRODERY.LTD KARAD, SILVASSA,
but till date, i have not get any possitive reply.
i many time request to epf office, vapi and also at company.
they delay it there self.
please kindly look in to the matter .

There are three fields which you will have to fill. These are :

Establishment Code,

Esst Extentions

Employee Number



All these can be found from your EPF Number.

If your EPF number is KR/KK/123A/456 then



Establishment Code is 123

Est.Extension is A

Employee Number is 456



Remeber, if your establishment has no unit or other branch, there mey not be extension number.In that case, you do not have to fill extension number.
