[Resolved]  Provident Fund — PF (second amount) pending

Hi,

Referring the trail mail as below, please help me out to understand the status of my PF (second amount).

As per the mail from the Legal and compliance team, the Cheque (Cheque no :075665) has been claimed to have dispatched from your end on 21st Dec 2011 to the HDFC bank.
When I further enquired the same with the HDFC bank yesterday the amount is yet not credited.

My PF number is KN / 35224/343204 (reflects in srl no: 282 of the attached document)

Please note that as far as the EPS settlements are concerned, we will only submit the application form (Form-10C) along with relevant supporting to the RPFC since the EPS settlement is done by the RPFC and We would not be able to follow up to expedite or drive an action from the RPFC on this.

We can provide the acknowledgement of the application having been filed (with which you can directly follow up with them), but would not be able to do much else directly with the PF department. Please let us know if you have received the acknowledgement.

I have just checked with the bank for the same, however they have confirmed not to have received the cheque till date against your confirmation to have it credited in 15 days time span.

Request you to please get in touch with them for the same.

As we have checked for the status with RPFC, they have confirmed that the Chq has been sent to the bank on 12/Dec/2011. And it may take another 15 Days.

Please check with the Bank for further status.
