Auto Fare:
This is to highlight that the e-Meter have also started giving tough times to customers..instead of ticking at 1.6kms, the meter ticks at 1.4kms. As per the distance from Vile Parle station to my home [Dadabhai X road-3, Vile Parle-W] is 1.5kms, I have to pay minimum fare Rs. 12/- but due to these faulty e-Meters, I am forced to pay Rs. 16/-. With most autos in the area have e-Meteres, everytime I have to shell out extra money, which is unfair.
Request you to either throw light on the minimum km for e-Metres or to take charge of the situation and arrest the loot of commuters. Was this information helpful? |

I M A REGULAR MORNING PASSENGER FROM AMRAPALI CIRCLE( VAISHALI NAGAR) TO TRANSPORT NAGAR AT SHARP 6 AM & FOR THIS I HAVE TO WAKEUP NEAR ABOUT 4.30AM.BUT MOST OF THE TIME STATE CITY BUS SKIPS AT THAT TIME.HOW TORTUROUS MENTAL AS WEL AS PHYS LINGS, I & OTHER PASSENGERS IN WAITING ,FEEL. DOES ANY AUTHORITY EXIST IN THIS DEPPT TO REGULATE & PUNCTUATE STATE CITY BUS SERVICES?
