Public transport - unfare Auto rickshaw meters — Exorbitant Fare shown by auto rickshaw meter

Dear Sir/Madam,

I took auto rickshaw from Borivali -Haridas nagar to arrive at Kanjur Marg in the morning (office time) .
Usually meter shows figure between Rs. 125-135 but rickshaw no. MH02 UA 1147 and MH03 R 8404 has shown meter of Rs. 150-155 which is too much.
We can understand Rs.1 or 2 can verify in meter but Rs. 10-15 is a loot of passengers and top of that he was arguing on this.

Also I feel some of them are local goons who threaten with dire consequences if we say that we will complain agains their behaviour to RTO.

Can I request the concerned authorities to look into this?
