sir i was victimised by this transport company. They promised me to deliver my car indigo cs to the address which i gave.but they left the car 60 km back.and told me to collect it from that place.As i m in Indian Navy and it was not possible for me to do that, i had to request to my friends and had to spend extra from my pocket.
Sir pls help me regarding this matter.

pune packers and movers — Not deliver consignment of Chair and some of the goods I received in damage goods, also two days late as per the commitment
This is to inform on the pathetic services by the company "Pune Packers and Movers". I have to relocate home from Ratnagiri to delhi few months back. I made a big mistake by choosing the above company to move my household goods etc. The issues started from the first day itself when they came late and used to pack my goods in a hurry. The household goods and my bike are in damaged state on delivery. For unpacking there is nobody, after asking multiple times they send the representatives from another local company. The total damaged costs incurred will be around 5000, which I have to spend on my own. I asked for the insurance policy multiple times, they didn't provide me the copy of insurance policy. After further enquiries, I came to know this company doesn't have any setup/warehouse in other cities (except Pune) and used to have tie up with other local packers and movers company to deliver the goods. These local companies used to ask money for everything, like they will say we will take the car back etc and the service was simply pathetic. I don't know how these companies are permitted to operate.Also, beware of this person "Mr. sameer" who is a representative of this company. This person will commit a lot of things but when u ask for those he will not pick the phone. There is no deadline, he will never say no ...he will just play with you today, tomorrow and so on.
There should be strict action against those who are operating these companies and they should be blacklisted, so that people don't get carried away by their false commitments.
