[Resolved]  punjab Education college problem — no Librarian in our college

Subject:- In our college GOVT KIRTI COLLEGE NIAL PATRAN DISTRICT PATIALA (Punjab) .There is no Librarian.

With the due respect, this complaint has been written by all the student of GOVT KIRTI COLLEGE NIAL PATRAN THAT COMES UNDER THE PUNJABI UNIVERSITY PATIALA (PUNJAB).

We inform to you that in our college there is no principal for many year and second thing is We can not complaint to our college principal because principal’s post is also free for many years. So the students are facing a lot of problems .In this college mostly students comes from villages.And belong to poor families .In our college computer education has come .As you know sir, the Computer books are very costly that we can not purchase.

One employee of our college name Raj Bali who is peon (fourth class) of our college open the Library only one day in a week because this person has no knowledge about library and English can not Issue any book to students.

It is humbly our requests to you please send the Liberian (permanent) and also principal in our college because Both posts are free for many years. We think, if our college’s study continuous without principal and Liberian, no doubt all the students’ hopes will be dashed into the ground. We hope on you this Complaint will be solved shortly. In last once again we inform you that as possible as try to solve our Problems at right time that are mentioned below:

1. Send the Liberian in our college hurry up
2. A strict principal also send in our college

We know it is our first duty to inform Punjabi university Patiala but in Punjabi university Patiala web site there is no Email complaint address . So we tried to find complaint address In last we are sending our complaint to Punjab education minister. We are waiting from your side for green signal. Thank you.

Note: Last year a lady (Librarian) had come on per month salary with 4000/ from patiala but college did not give any salary due to this Librarian left the job .
