I had given my Verna for small body work at Punjab Hyundai, Gandhinagar (Gujarat), presuming that I will be getting satisfactory service from Punjab Hyundai (as being Hyundai dealer). After the body work when I received my car back, the painting work was badly done..!!! Even the road side small workshop are doing good body work in comparison with what has been done with my car. They charged me Rs.6000/- for this work, which could have been done at rode side small workshop with good work and with lesser charge...!!
I sent back my car for rectification of colour work and 2nd free service as well. After 3 days I got my car back, but again same careless work. The colour work was not up to the mark. After the service the good milage has gone down and their a problem in Horn.
I again talked to work shop manager at Punjab, but they simply said send your car again.!!! for me which is just wastage of time and money...
Six time I sent my car for colour work and 2nd free service as well. After the service the good milage has gone down; and after sending my car 6th time at Punjab Huyndai, Gandhinagar, still the colour work is not at satisfactory level..!!!
Yesterday I washed my care, and again I found unwanted colour mark at few places..!!!
I have logged complaint at Hyundai customer care, complaint no :[protected]. and spoken and sent mail to their western regional customer care manager. Unfortunalty, still I am waiting satisfactory service from Huyndai.
This is just wastage of my time and money, would request you kindly take up this matter and resolve the issue permanently. I also want compensation from Punjab Hyundai or Hyundai India.
