[Resolved]  Punjab State Power Corporation Limited — Z74ZKP5335439 - Average bill received even dead meter replaced with new one

Dear Sir,

This is regarding my Electricity Bill against Acc No. - Z74ZKP5335439 under the name of SANJOGTA BAHRI Address # 176 GOVIND VIHAR BALTANA ZIRAKPUR 140603 PUNJAB.My meter was in the Status of "Dead" earlier and I had been receiving Average Bill against this Account of which detail is being provided below. However the meter was changed with "New" one on 17th Febuary 2013. But to my surprise I have received average bill of 7760 on 19th March 2013.I have been overpaying these average bills since 6 months

I am financially not very strong. We had never recieved bills of such huge amount during "OK Meter" status. and our bill had been of range[protected].Please cancel my currect average bill and adjust my earlier average bill payments from now on as per proper readings.

• January 2012 Average bill - 7130 (Meter Status -Dead)
• March 2013 Average bill - 7130 (Meter Status -New Installed).

power corporation ltd — non adjustment of light bill

dear sir i mukesh n makhija had made new connection of light meter no [protected] with custmer no[protected] for my house in feb-2011, for which 1st 8mths they didnot send any bill in oct they send consolidate bill of 1280units, whic i had paid in october, again in nov-11 they send full bill of 1398units stating as unpaid previous bill, when i showed the paid bill they prepared temporarily bill & i had paid & said in next bill it will be corrected as i had given them in wirting, also the bill which i had paid in that receipt the name appears was another's name which i showed to them i said we will correct & ok the bill next time. But again the same thingh happen dec-11 also in which units they show 237units was correct but the amount does not tally as they show the previous arreas. again i made correspondence to them again they make tempariorly work & said next time will it ok. Now in the monthof jan-12 the units comes correct 241units but atlast the same amount arreas apears. Sirji what is happening in the system after all when will it corrects, this is simply harrasement to the public even though the bill ic paid in time.
kindly look in to the matter & try to solve the problem as early as possible because the payment date is 27/01/2012.
