[Resolved] Punjab Technical University — provisional and course completion certificates

sir, My sister P.Preetha has completed her MSc (Bio tech) during the years[protected], in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, through distance mode from the punjab technical university(PTU), jalandhar with a regd.no: [protected]. Her learning centre code was, 194. We have applied for the consolidated memorandum of marks, the Provisional certificate and the course completion certificate/tc in December 2006 itself. we have sent the necessary fees/challans etc through Demand Drafts. Despite our repeated requests the university management has not sent our certificates till now. Unless she receives her certificates, she is declared unqualified for further studies/research or jobs. due to the behaviour of PTU, my sister lost 2 years of her precious career. yes ptu is the worst university i too have faced lots of problem in my aceedemics whilts ursuing in mba fom mba such as disputed result adnd plenty of mistakes . this university(ptu. claims to be an excellent university but sorry to say whn a university is looking into the matters of students seriously then wahts the use of opening and running an university, look at griveance center of ptu lots of cases of students are still pending the delegates of ptu just want to take home their salary and nothing else, if there children faces the same problmes as we do then thy will be penitent i mean regret

I completed my mba Information Technology from Punjab Technical university on march 2009 my fourth semester marklist issued and received on 30-oct-2009 (after 8 months) .At present I am corresponding every 15 days to issue my Original certificate I dont know things are seems to be so delayed.They are saying that they can issue the certificate before January 15th.But now they are saying that send the documents for the provisional one.Gods know When Can I expect the Original certificate?...

Is there any provisoinal certificate of Bca(distance) course? Or only mark sheets and degree certificte?
