[Resolved]  Punjab Technical University — No Result Declaration

I had a Similar problem.
What are the rules.I couldn't give regular exams in but was pass in internal plus external practicals.
Accordig to known rules and even college staff says I will just have to give re-appears.But punjab tech uni didn't declared my result.I wrote application to College director and uni officials and same keep waiting.University says come through college.College says no response from university.Anyway without result I applied again for re-appear exams.No result declared.My father went to university They marked on application "no internal assessment" "no practicals".I applied for internal and external once again.This time they declared result but internal assessment columns still show crosses.
I have given all subject exams three times and passed though declared officialy once.Two times practicals of all subjects.And two times internal assesment has been sent.
Please clarify the rules.And moreover man has made rules does he exist for the sake of those rules when its logical and even accordig to rules.I should be given my marksheet.
A bit of more problems regarding university
1 No email addresses provided on website are valid.
2 Telephones never correspond.
3 Half of the department has shifted to kapurthala.And may be a joke for them but i had to travel three times for my case between jallandhar to kapurthala office and moreover without any output.May be staff even is not familiar with office work.
4 Many websites concerning jobs specially remark "ptu boys excuse us!"
