Punjab Technical University — Paper repeated

VLSI paper a subject in Electronics & Communication Engineering 2009 (MAY) has been repeated it was same as that of year 2007 (MAY). Not even the serial of questions was changed. who so ever responsible for it should be punished. I will be grateful to you for directing the Vice chancellor (PTU) to take a proper step on it.
