[Resolved]  Punjab Technical University — degree certificate

i have completed my MSc in biotechnology through distance mode from punjab technical university at its hyderabad study center which is orbit consulting services in the year 2005.i have not received my degree certificate despite continuos complaits to the university.they asked us to submit our memos of the 4 semesters .i have been sending them but there is no reponse.the concerned center in hyderabad is not responding too.can u please help me in this matter
