Punjab Technical University — Delay in Providing BCA Degree
HiI am Rohit Kumar I have done my BCA from Punjab Technical University(Roll No[protected] under the Distance Education Programme. My study Center Code is 324 ,VICE New Delhi.
I have completed my BCA final semester examination in September 2007.I have appliced for my Degree certificate in Feb 2009. At the time of Application through the Study Center I was insured that they would be providing me my degree within 2 months but have not been awarded my degree since now(2 Jan 2010).
I am facing lots of problem for applying for any type of job.
Kindly suggest a way out so that I can receive my degree as soon as possible.
