[Resolved]  Pure It Water Filter — poor service

I had bought a Puteit water filter (cnsumer id [protected]) on 10.09.08 from Vishwas Sales corporation, Ashoknagar, Chennai and the representatives Mr Sureshkumar promised I would get a "filter" as per the offer. I followed up several times only to be told that they do not have stock and will supply when they receive the stock. I continued to follow up and I had the same reply. Then on 20.10.08 at 8.00 pm I rang them and their Group leader Mr Ganesh took the phone and he told that the offer is over and he cannot give this filter free. He gave an excuse that the salesman Sureshkumar did not tell him about that and hence he is not aware of that. I am surprised at his reply that with no fault of ours we are denied this promised offer. His reply was also arrogant and he did not bother to listen to me at all. I hope Hindustan lever will make note of it and supply the promised offer.

There is a problem in Water Filter.
Pls I request you to repair at the earliest.

PURE IT WATER FILTER — Request for battery kit

Dear Sir,

This is inform you that i had booked for the Battery kit on 26th of Nov.2008, But until to date we have received the same, When we book they say it would be delivered within 3 working days, But this does not happen, This is the second time i finding this problem. If such is the case we would never recommend our friends or relative to buy this product, due the bad service.

Kindly request you to sort out this kind of problem.

PURE IT WATER FILTER — filter not working

I HAD PURCHASED A PURE IT WATER FILTER FROM KALYAN TWO YEARS BACK. BUT NOW IT IS NOT WORKING AND THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN IS ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF. PLEASE SEND ANY REPRESENTATIVE AT THE EARLIEST TO REPAIR IT.

days together water is not coming down jar even every day cleaning, we have changed battery kit 4 times - we have never faced this problem- now we have changed the battery kit and not getting water really we are suffering lot.
