Dear Sir,

We hv company a/c in ICICI Bank,M.V.P.Colony,Visakhapatnam branch. We face many problems with the branch operations Manager Mr.Siva Prasad bcoz he dont hv any courtesy to how to
receive cusotmer n how to give proper information. Many times
he is putting customers in waiting more than one hour in between he is chatting with colleagues with funny things. So we are facing problem with him we dont hv patience so u hv to take
action on him within one week. Otherwise we change our A/c
ICICI Bank to HDFC Bank. My many friends also hv ICICI Bank a/cs with tht branch. I told them to withdraw our a/cs with tht branch. So please wake up n take action on him.
