Hi,
I had applied for writing the CSBA(Certified Software Business Analyst) exam in February 2010 by paying $350. Exam Registration is valid for one year. Since minimum one month advance notice was required to book an examination slot. I had booked the slot for the examination on May 15, 2010 in April 2010.
As per the website, the exams result would be declared in 8 to 12 weeks. However, nowi it is end of Spetember 2010 and no sign of the results. Morever, they dont have any ETA for the same. They claim us to be patient and just inform on the website www.softwarecertifications.org that the result declaration would take some time.
Morever, in case the candidate has to rewrite exam he has to do pay $50 if it is within the registration period. Else after one year he has to do a new registration.
There is no appropriate response from the institute as well.

In reality they do not have any people in the US to do the tasks. It is all a sham and a scam. This organization must be scrutinized by revenue department for swindling money as well, I had heard from some internal employees that they did some scam in the UK and now are in trouble...you have just been cheated not only USD 350 but also of your innocence.
