Our flight number QR266 baggage numberQR319441, this shows pure irresponsibility o[censored]r company and which is a real shock for us travelling for the first time in ur flight , where we never travelled in your flight before we never had any experiance like this before with any flights , we had all the necessary things for our day to day living electronic equipments which are obviously irreplacable. This is is a real tragedy and shock for us i hope u will do the needfull for us also we had a baby and had all the needful things for her aswell , our bag is of blue sky company brown large size
