That product has to come from GERMANY.So due to some migration,Tax problems it miht take some time.I think everyone wants to join in this is primarily to do business.
But some persons dont know how to do and they won't follow the guidelines of thier refferers.Due to that they cant able to reffer any one.By that they wont get money.Then they will make comment,complaints ...on this business like u.
Product will come definitely,its for sure.In WORST CASE it takes 3-4 months of time.
But Once check ur adress and phone number,which are mentioned at the time of login.

One more thing you can do, who is your introducer to this wonderful business?, you can also get his help too, he will help you i am sure, because this is questnet not anything else. I don't know you personally, and i don't want it, but as a serious independent representative since 2005 February, i have the right to tell you this, that is all.

It is very clear that, you don't want to continue the biz, because of your own reasons, so you don't want to loose your money (32, 000 INR), you want to get it back with am i right?, sorry man, no way, because when you signed up it has clearly mentioned the terms and conditions, you signed and agreed. For your information, questnet is not doing anything illegally nor company doesn't need your 32, 000 INR which is almost 800 US$, you know company's turnover on 2007, 2.7 billion US$, ha ha ha...

I have also gone thru the same experience. I had joined the business 6 months back and till date I have not received the products. No one in business picking up my calls. Can you just help us by letting us know if this business is still there in India or they people are run away with our money.

You said company is not doing any illegal work and hence can't refund the money as it is mentioned in your rules. At the same time your people promise about product delivery within two months. They also calim that in a week we can earn minimum Rs 12000/- . So by going that logic will the company compensate me for loss of four months (Which becomes a very good ammount).

I can understand a delay, but such a huge delay and on top of it no response from uplines is absolutely understandable.

I hope being a sincere & very experienced IR you would not let your company name down and would answer my concerns.

questnet sucks.they promise everything under the sun to take your money.when you try to remind them of their promise then they will refer to a terms and conditions and bla bla bla..
unfortunately we become trying to be millionaire easy way.I dont make any arguments-just go to google search engine and try goldquest or questnet, you will see how many peoples have been feeling cheated in different countries.you will see in newspaper articles of different countries that explain how ruthlessly goldquest aka questnet is collecting money from ordinary people.

I have been cheated by a chain marketing company named QuestNet Enterprises India Private Ltd located in bangalore. This company offers a very lucrative chain marketing scheme that promises and misguide a person to become millionaire just by buying their products and referring others to buy it.



They sell gold coins of various famous personalities like – Mahatma Gandhi, Lord Hunuman, and Goddess Luxmi and gold watch etc. They claim that their product is of very good quality and certified by the famous mint named Mayor Mint, Germany.



I also found the offer to be very good and placed an order for a Hunuman Coin on 04-jan-2008 through Online Shopping using my credit card through their web site www.quest.net. The order number for that is DN08702159, receipt number RE05162206 and the amount is 32, 200 Rs. In addition to that they will take 460 Rs for using their online portal; against this they provide me an IR ID – NF379235.



They said that the delivery takes 45 working days which is fine for me. But they haven’t delivered the product after one year. I tried to contact them by raising a request on their portal with request email id. But i am not received any reply.


I tried to contact by writing mail on the mail ids given by them [protected]@questnet-india.com, [protected]@questnet-india.com. But I got no reply from them, I also called on the telephone numbers given +91-44 –2836 5071 / 2836 2157 / 2836 2992 but no one picks up those numbers.


I am very harassed with their behavior as I have no way to communicate with them. Further there is no communication from their side regarding the product delivery delay. I request you to please help me out in the above mentioned matter. I don’t want their product now; I just want my money back.

Iam a customer of the same company too. Iam sorry to mention that many people have not received the product. The company is not that trust worthy. In TN there was a big scam about the company. There is no use in filing complaints against it. Iam very sorry to say this.

i am fully with all those people who have beent cheated by Quest Net. They have no business ethics. Even a roadside hawker would return you the money if he cannot provide you with the product; but this company has surpassed all limits of business ethics. I ordered a product on 09 May 2008 and paid immediately through credit card a sum of Rs. 34, 000.00 But the company has simply kept the money and has not supplied the product till date (sixteen months can you beat that). All I have to say is that this company is a big fraud, totally insensitive to consumers and only interested in cheating people.

I propose we form a group PEOPLE AGAINST QUEST NET

A month ago, i had made a purchase through www.indiaplaza.com. The company failed to deliver my item and still they haven't paid/ tranfered my money. Is there any site or place where we can complaint against such unprofessional and fraud online sites?

Questnet is a very good genuine company, only thing recently they had some legal issues in india, that is why products delivery delayed. Now everything is going smooth. I hope your problem is sorted out by now
