[Resolved]  Questnet India — QUESTNET “Splendours Of India - 7 Nights” NOT REACHED

Hi,

After getting disappointment from all my efforts I am here to seek your help.

I joined the so called QuestNET Business ONE YEAR BACK

The business is based on MultiLevel marketing in which they sell their product which are said to be Splendours Of India - 7 Nights.

I ordered these product and paid Rs. 29900.00. They claimed to deliver these product in 2 months time frame.

But they haven't delivered till date. There is no option of cancelling order on their website which is the unique feature I saw in a shopping site.

Based on the delivery time we had plan out our vacation in month of Feb 09, but non delivery of product put everything aside and we have to cancel our vacation.

I had also made a request to provide me alternate product like Bio-Disk or Sliver / Gold Coins, which also did not turn out in positive solutions.

I am a really getting fed up with the service provided to customer and Questnet harassed me, please let me know any other way to get money refunded back.

I guess u should get back to the person who referred u for the information. I trust they will be able to provide u a satisfying answer. Maybe u shd try to send a CRF to questnet about the problem.
I suggest you to send a customer query to QUESTNET with all the purchase details. I am sure they will revert as soon as possible.

Have you discussed this matter with you up-link, i.e. the person who referred you? First try and get in touch with him/her. I am sure they will be able to help you in resolving this query. As they must have been in this business for a longer period, it is possible that they might know the way to solve his query. If that doesn't help, You can send a mail to [protected]@questnet-india.com with your order and membership information and I am sure your problem will get resolved.
Hope your problem might have been solved by now Qnet is a reputed business firm. They don’t do fraud with people. I have my experience of nearly 1year. I am just happy with their services. If your problem is still mending then you must surely go back to the person who referred you for the information.
