I am not sure what you guys are trying to say. I am a Quscient employee for many years. They have been decent employer providing a warm friendly place to work. I have access to everyone in the company including leadership. The only departures have been of people who are non-performers and this is normal for all companies.

i really appreciate your complaints. even i am the one got affected by this process, if they don't have money to pay salary to compenciate they do such kind of work.

Worst Management Ever... There is a guy called Arun Raj working as a trainer in Quscient Technologies. He always runs behind the girls. Giving special preference for them. Alloting them in the team which is not strict and later having fun with them. There is no safety for girls. They will lose their virginity bcoz of guys like him. Most of the people in the top level are like him except a young manager...

yes they r such a fraud company and they don give the salary properly and they steal all our incentive checks... actually us process is from 8.30pm to 6.00am...but the senior manager mr.rajesh force everyone to work till 7 to 7.30am...they promised to pay rs500 if we work in sat...but they wont pay... pls dont waste the future in QUSCIENT TECHNOLOGIES...
Yes i worked there for 2 years. i relived from there on oct 2011. Nearly 6 times i re-applied for PF. Still i dint get any response, its a fraud company. They treat the employees like slave.
They use and throw thats all.. After we come out from that office they treat very bad., Jai Krishnan worst man made me wait for the whole day.
Please dont prefer this office and waste your life.

I also worked for quscient . Seriously its not that bad as you guys say. A decent company, you may say that they don't pay you high. But compared to so many other companies, QuScient is way better.

Quscient is one of the worst companies in the history.I think no one can re write the history. I use to work there during[protected].I was fed up with the internal politics.You will always have to be good to the management and slog every day for 14 – 16 hrs just only to sustain in you job.
Babu Ganesan the MD is a US citizen but will behave like 3’rd rated criminal. Same applies to Gokul ganesan, AM not still sure they are around there are not.Babu ganesan do not have enough money to run the organisation think he should close the company and retire. He won’t even reimburse the auto fares used for official purpose.He will also cheat the Consultancy fees as well.He has got a charted account who does all this gimmicks with the accounting part.Babu Ganesan he himself is a Charted accountant who is aware of all gimmicks’ think they even loot the money that need to be paid to the PF.
There was a HR named Shanti Nainar who was heading HR then, she always does favour to the management and does not care employee welfare. It’s not her fault, if she is not doing so her job will be in danger. Even she doesn’t like the management but she does this all to make the management happy. She use to work for at least 12 hrs. Every day felt pity for her. She was the one who was associated with Quscient for a long time (Think more than 8 yrs on and off) and not sure still she is there with quscient or being sacked by the management, because the management don’t care for the employees even like Shanti Nainar who was loyal for the management for a long time.
After two and half a month I was fed up and resigned due to the internal politics. When I told them on a particular day morning that I am going to resign, they immediately let me to go without even asking the reason. And they didn’t even pay my last 15 days salary since because I resigned.
Same happened to few HR personals like Gomathi, etc and I forgot other names. I am not sure where they are now.
This organisation made me think of my future and gave me a good lesson not to join organisations like Quscient.So Guys pls when you join a company pls do a research before joing there.
