Befor a few month I registered for Race helpline.
and fortunately for a long time I Didn't required to call them.
but yesterday when I was stuck in my car break down.
I tried a lot of time to contact them but every time their cell shows busy.
I don't know how much busy they are but I tried nearly 1500 times on ther no's but every time it was busy so can anyone belive that, it is possible that they are so much busy that can't receive my call for 5 sec in 45 min tries.
and as my call waiting makes thousand's of mis call on they cell thay don't even bother to give a single call back.
II 'll never ever enroll for it.

dear sirThe tyre of my esteem car bursted near keshav puram metro station. i called race helpline at 1:02 p m. complaint no is966688 attended by mr surjeet.i waited their help for 1:15 min.Again i called at 2:17pm .but not attended.Again i called up at 2:25 p m. but till 06:40 it is unattended. on asking they have only one reply that we have send the mechanic. I have to bear so much mental & physical harrasment. Is this the service of race helpline. If this is not a friend in deed then wats the fun to enjoy this service. i want proper reply for this, refund me my money, otherwise i will see wat can be further done in this regard
