I am new in this forum. I got selected in R-systems from BIT Bhimtal. RAD XS gave us placement assistance for that.

I am the AM HR From one of the Clients of RAD XS. They are associated with us for the last 2 years.

Providing us better services for Experienced & Freshers. I was in the last Job-Fair too.

I don't know about all of the Candidates, i know RAD XS Team. Highly motivated & a good team.

I appreciate them for their services.

i am agree with you. All Freshers are wasting their time on a single Company. Pay attention to your study.

Rad xs is a fake consultancy . i had gone to the job fair on 14 mar 2010 and all the companies of IT /CSE were fake, it was shocking to know that none of the companies really exsist .They have collected rs 500 and made easy money from job seekers. i strongly recomend not to waste ur money and time for such a crap consultancy, coz u might feel ur self cheated .
Even the way the job fair was organised was so pathetic.in my room out of 30 students no one cleared the exam and full cheating was going on ... and the guys who cleared the exam dint really exsist .
My advise would be that RAD XS is a big cheater making money and all the positive reply against Rad xs would be written by there own employee...
Shame on u Rad xs...

IT companies are facing the effects of cost-cutting & jobs.Consultancies can't give you placements ,But this RAD XS gave me two opportunity for the interview.Now, i am working in a reputed company (IT) based at gurgaon.

I don't know, Y all are annoyed but i mam happy that i got selected by this company only & highly obliged for that.
