I BOOKED MY GAS CYLINDER ON 1OTH DEC-2011 BY TELEPHONE.MY CONSUMER NO IS 17256 AND BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER IS 279159.AFTER REQUESTING SO MUCH BY TELEPHONICALLY AT GAS BOOKING COMPLAIN CENTRE AS WELL AS I VISITED PERSONALLY SEVERAL TIMES AT GAS BOOKING OFFICE AT GANGAPURI.(-KUDHGAHT-TOLLYGUNGE). THEY ALWAYS ASSURED ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE IT VERY SHORTLY.REGARDING ONLINEBOOKING COMPLAIN CENTRE THEY HAVE GIVENME ACOMPLAIN NUMBER-250096,250549,232847.AFTER CALLING WITH THIS NUMBER THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE AND THEY TOLD THAT EVERY DAY I HAVE TO VISIT RADHA RAMAN GAS OFFICE AND HAVE TO REQUESTTHEM TO SEND ME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM EVERY MONTH. NOW I AM UNABLE TO COOK .AFTER DOING SUCH TYPE OF ACTIVITY I AM MOT GETTING ANY SOLUTION. MY PARENTS AREVERY OLD AND I AM THE EARNING MEMBER. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT WITHOUT ATTENDING MY OFFICE I HAVE TO GO EVERY DAY FOR PROVIDING HIM REMINDER?
