[Resolved]  Rail Tourism(IRCTC Flight Booking) — No confirmation of of air ticket booking by mail or sms

I tried booking flight for 23/5/2010 form Kolkata to Mumbai on 20/5/2010 of jetlite kol dep at 16:25.
I was completed by all the step for booking the flight.i made the payment of Rs 12046 from credit card no.[protected] in name of my uncle Hari Singh.
At that time I got server error displyaed on my computer screen.
But when my uncle recieved credit card monthly statment 12046 was debited from his account and 1000 was credit as your cash back scheme.

I made booking of two person

Deep Shankar singh and Darshana Singh using my email id [protected]@gmail.com and mob. no. [protected].

I didnt recieved any confirmation mail or sms of mu booking.

When I contact Railtourism(IRCTC Flight Booking) at [protected]@irctc.com for this then they said that booking is confirmed and they gave me the PNR no. but when I asked from them any proof that sms or mail have been sent to me for confirmation of booking then there is no reply from their side.

Please help me as I ahve made the payment and not availed the service due to lack of communication from the agency.
