I am prashanth vel sudharsan student of srm university . i travel by train to my college . i feel sorry to see the unruly behaviour of the booking clerks at the chetpet station , they use abusive laguage towards the passengers they never give change,eg if the cost of the ticket is Rs18 if a passenger offers Rs20 they donot offer the change of Rs2, this is the fate of of our railways even a petty shop keeper who gets small earning of Rs200 per day makes every attempt to give change for Rs100 to a customer who makes a
